Branches and responsibilities

Branch views and central administration need role, permission and data-isolation tests. Independent companies and franchisees require separate assessment.

Connect your service

Before enabling payments or printing, we verify your restaurant’s workflow.

  • Payments and refunds: provider and flows to test
  • SUNMI: exact model and physical testing
  • Locations, delivery, POS and marketplaces: scope to agree

Delivery managed by the restaurant

Zones, rates, minimums, addresses and driver notes must be agreed per branch. The demo shows pickup; it includes neither couriers nor live tracking.

Payments and refunds

Payments and refunds are not active on this website. The provider and restaurant’s merchant contract must be agreed, then the flows tested before activation. Cancelling an order does not issue a refund.

SUNMI printing

SUNMI V2s is planned for the pilot; V3 is a possible future model requiring qualification. The on-screen ticket does not prove printing, reconnection or recovery: the exact device needs physical testing.

Connections to other systems

POS and marketplace connections need analysis and a quote. A direct channel can complement marketplaces but does not automatically bring new customers.
