SWS ORDER · Kebab and takeaway

Clear choices for customers. Readable details at the counter.

Bread, meat, sauces and extras need to reach the counter without ambiguity. We gather your menu combinations to define and verify the ordering journey.

Pilot product

The demo uses the fictional Grill Club venue. It illustrates the general journey; your menu configuration and operational integrations need verification.

A setup based on your menu

We separate required choices, alternatives and additions. Meal deals with a drink and side, pricing and availability rules must be validated in the product before activation.

01

Organised choices from bread to sauces

We gather your menu alternatives and distinguish required choices from extras. Rules, availability and prices need to be checked in the product.

02

A useful summary for the counter

During service, products, variants and notes need to be easy to read. The demo shows acceptance; kebab configuration needs a dedicated check.

03

Meal deals with clear rules

For kebab, fries and a drink, we define contents, alternatives and supplements. Automatic meal deals have not yet been demonstrated.

Questions for your sector

Can I offer bread, meat and sauces?

These requirements must be gathered and checked against your menu. The demo’s burger options are not a validated kebab configuration.

Can customers choose a full meal deal?

Contents, substitutions and pricing need verification before agreement. This page’s example describes the sector’s requirements.

How does the order reach the counter?

In the demo it appears in the kitchen view, where staff can accept it. Real devices, notifications and printing require separate configuration and testing.

Start with your venue’s rules

Pizza sizes, kebab choices, dishes and sides need different settings. In our first conversation, we gather your menu, variants and pickup process. The functions your service needs become part of the scope to verify.
